It's been great here, I've been making new friends and have been doing a lot of awesome stuuff. Such as living my dream of drumming. I jam the drum set on friday nights up at the church. It's a blast. My Dad sings and plays guitar. I've always dreamed of this happening, my Dad and I on a worship team together. It's really fun!]]><![CDATA[Break In]]>Wed, 18 Jun 2014 17:59:37 GMThttp://www.elijahjjohnson.com/blog/break-inA few days ago I was watching my neighbors house, (I was watering the outside, I wasn't supposed to watch the inside.) and I saw that the back door was open. I thought that they forgot to close it, but I was wrong.

I went and got my dad and he closed the door, and it locked. Then my dad went back to our house and my mom came, she talked to the other neighbor about what could have happened. Then when my brother and I were next to the the other back door catching frogs, I heard a thud in the house. When I looked at the second back door I saw the Knob move. I quickly grabbed my little brother and we  ran to the our mom. I told my mom and the other neighbor that I heard a thud in the house, and that I saw the door knob move. The other neighbor called the cops, and three police cars came. (Just to let you know, when the door knob moved it didn't open the door, the door was locked. He could have unlocked it from the inside, but when he heard me and my little brother he probably didn't want to go out there. When the cops came they had to break into the house to try to find the guy. They never found him, but they didn't see anything moved around our looked through.

We weren't supposed too, there was even signs saying no trespassing. My dad got me out of bed and we got ready to do the amazing adventure. We ran across the road and to the borders of the field. My dad made an opening in the barbed wired fence and I went through. Then I held it open for my dad. After that we ran and ran into the dark field.

(In the middle of the field, there were giant hay bales getting ready to be shipped.) 

We ran to the hay bales in the middle of the field and climbed them. They were gigantic, and really hard to get up on, but we managed. It was very beautiful on the top of those giant stacks of hay. Then we heard something coming, in the dark it looked like a wolf, but it was only our cats. Imagine being on top of a tall structure in the middle of a very big, dark, and peaceful field. It was amazing... then we heard a gunshot, I was hit! No, just kidding.  ]]>
